1. To act as an Information Hub providing advice and information  on 4 key areas related to Property Ownership, namely:

   2. Financing options for owning and remortgaging Property
   3. Legal and Regulatory requirements for being a Landlord
   4. Prop Tech. We firmly believe Tech is the future of the Private  Rental Sector ( PRS)
2. To act as a voice for the PRS and to put a campaign for a positive vision of the PRS that works for all stakeholders in the Sector, INCLUDING Landlords AND Tenants
3. To allow networking between different groups in the PRS to share information, experiences and advice, to form partnerships and share views that give everyone involved a greater understanding of the challenges and opportunities
